Any Nepali citizen or Nepali organization or company can apply for the offered shares of the company. |

Each share applicant should apply for a minimum of 1000 shares. |

Any applicant wishing to apply for shares amounting more than NPR 50,000 should draw an account payee cheque. |

One applicant may submit only one application form. But, while submitting the other application form, investors should mention the previous share certificate number. |

In case of applicant being a company or institution then the company must submit a copy of its registration certificate, minute of board meeting approving the investment in offered share and a passport size photo of the CEO of the company, should be submitted along with the application form. |

A maximum of two people can apply for joint application. The first name of the two in the application will be the point of contact (when necessary). |

While collecting the share certificate or refund for non allotment of applied shares, original citizenship certificate should be brought which after verifying; an account payee cheque will be given which will be deposited to the account name of applicant in the bank stated in the application form. |

Share application will be made available in the stated collection centers; interested applicants shall purchase the share application form those centers, fill the necessary information and submit the filled application form to the collection centers. |
